A Polícia Civil do Estado de São Paulo entregou nesta quinta-feira (24) as novas instalações do 35º Distrito Policial e da 2ª Delegacia de Proteção ao Idoso, no Jabaquara, na zona sul de SP. Ao todo, foram investidos R$ 2,4 milhões em obras para melhorias na unidade. O evento contou com a presença do secretário da Segurança Pública, Guilherme Derrite, e do delegado-geral da Polícia Civil, Artur Dian.
“Prazer enorme estar nesse simbólico evento da entrega da reforma das instalações do 35ºDP (Jabaquara). Me lembro de apresentar ocorrências aqui enquanto eu era policial e sempre fui muito bem recebido”, disse Derrite.
Após as reformas, a unidade também possibilizou instalar um Posto de Atendimento do Procon (Programa de Proteção e Defesa do Consumidor) nas dependências da delegacia.
“A entrega da reforma do 35º DP vem para trazer mais comodidade aos nossos policiais e bem-estar para as vítimas que são socorridas neste distrito”, disse Artur Dian.
O 35ºDP é responsável pelo atendimento de casos nos bairros do Jabaquara, Vila Mascote, Vila Paulista, Vila Santa Catarina, Vila Monte Alegre, Jardim Oriental e Vila Babilônia. A unidade elabora em média 55 boletins de ocorrência por dia e investiga cerca de 1.450 por meio de inquéritos policiais.
Já a 2ª Delegacia de Proteção atende os bairros Vila Clementino, Ipiranga, Sacomã, Campo Belo, Jabaquara, Vila Mariana, Parque Bristol, Heliópolis, Cidade Monções e Americanópolis.
Atualmente, o Estado conta com 27 Delegacias de Proteção ao Idoso, oferecendo atendimento especializado para pessoas com mais de 60 anos.
