O governador Tarcísio de Freitas disse nesta terça-feira (9) que as ações integradas de combate à lavagem de dinheiro vão ter prosseguimento em São Paulo para asfixiar as finanças do crime organizado.
Desde a manhã, mais de 340 agentes e 106 veículos da Polícia Militar deram apoio à operação Fim da Linha, deflagrada pelo Ministério Público, para cumprimento de mandados de prisão e de busca e apreensão em duas das maiores empresas de ônibus do transporte público da capital paulista.
“Acho que todo mundo tinha no imaginário que eram coisas que aconteciam, mas ninguém mexia, ninguém avançava e a gente está avançando nesse sentido. São 52 ordens de busca e apreensão. A gente teve pessoas presas e armamento pesado apreendido nas instalações das empresas. A gente resolveu realmente combater o crime organizado, as instituições trabalhando de forma irmanada e em cooperação para que também possam combater o caminho do dinheiro. É fundamental, nesta estratégia de asfixia financeira, a gente tentar aumentar o custo do crime”, declarou o governador durante uma visita técnica a obras na Rodovia Castello Branco, em Barueri.
