Maio 16, 2024O MUNICIPIO DE BONITO/MS, através da Agente de Contratação, por determinação do Excelentíssimo Prefeito Municipal, torna público, a quem possa interessar, o cancelamento da Dispensa de Licitação n° 20/2024, que tem por objeto a CONTRATAÇÃO DE EMPRESA ESPECIALIZADA PARA OS SERVIÇOS DE PODA E SUPRESSÃO DE ÁRVORES, ATENDENDO A DEMANDA DA SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE MEIO AMBIENTE – SEMA, DO MUNICÍPIO DE BONITO-MS, com fulcro no art. nº 75, inciso II da Lei Federal 14.133/2021. As razões que fundamentaram o presente cancelamento se encontram à disposição dos interessados nos autos do processo de Dispensa em epígrafe.
